That’s a good question!!! We offer different types of postage so if you have chosen a trackable service we should all be able to see!!!

Hopefully we weren’t just sitting around playing with our hemp rope and eating yak chews and forgot to send it… However, if you are starting to get concerned please do get in touch and we will do our best to stope chasing our tails and track down what happened! Welllll what with all the current changes and that ‘B word’…we only ship to the UK at the moment! If there is something you REALLY want we can ship abroad but we would need to have a chat about postage etc! So, if you simply need that Teal Corduroy collar then drop us a line!!!
